How do I place a return or exchange?

Alexandra Domont Skincare will accept returns on unopened/unused orders placed within 30 days. Please see our returns/exchanges page for complete information. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.alexandradomont.com. If you purchased an Alexandra Domont Skincare item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping on orders $99 or more is FREE.
Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout.

How will my order be shipped?

Standard shipping is USPS. Your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days from the date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times). Alexandra Domont Skincare does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents.

How long will it take to ship?

Your order will arrive approximately 5-7 business days from date of purchase (Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico may experience longer transit times. All orders, placed after 2PM PST will be processed the following business day despite the shipping method. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship.

Is shopping on AlexandraDomont.com secure?

We understand how important security is to you. Credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. The platform we are hosted on is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant and uses 384-bit SSL certification to keep order details secure. This is an advanced consumer online security technique. What credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Afterpay when applicable. If you have a preferred method of payment that we don’t offer, please email us so we can look into it. You can write us at care@alexandradomont.com – we’re always looking to expand our offering. Please note we do not accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks, or money orders.

What should I do if my order is missing or something is wrong?

Please send an email to orders@alexandradomont.com with your order number, and we will get back to you ASAP.

How much is the sales tax?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based on the state where your order is shipped. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your AlexandraDomont.com account and select “Order History” on the “My Account” page. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to orders@alexandradomont.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email details, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders submitted on AlexandraDomont.com are processed and shipped very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at orders@alexandradomont.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Does Alexandra Domont Skincare test on animals?:

Our Moisturizer has not been tested on animals.
